Covid-19 - published 18.3.20

During the current Coronavirus outbreak we are taking extra steps to protect repairers and you when your instrument is returned. Current advice is that the virus can last for as long as 9 days on some surfaces.

As a result of this advice any repair left during this outbreak will not be play tested by the repairer until after this time has passed. The instrument will then be repaired and returned. We would advise for your protection that you allow the same time frame to pass before it is used after it has been collected.

We reserve the right to refuse instruments for repair or suspend repair activity should this be required. These measures are being put into place to protect all parties.

We trust you accept and understand this position.
