Shipping policy

Various shipping options will be supplied as you navigate to the checkout.

Select the option that best suits your needs.

We use a variety of services from Royal Mail and APC Couriers on occasions other carriers to ensure the shipping costs are kept as low as possible. We no longer ship using EVRI or DHL due to problems with previous shipping.

Our free shipping option is normally via Royal Mail 2nd service, this however depends on the restrictions placed on the service Royal Mail provide.

Orders that are received before 2pm are normally processed and shipped the same day.

We ship goods from our store in Southampton Monday - Friday, we do not have a collection on Saturday or Sunday, any item ordered after 2pm on a Friday would not be shipped until the next collection day (Monday) Any official Bank Holidays in England would affect any shipping / collection days.
