SI-8401L is a 5V/0.5A output, board type thru-hole module with coil and heatsink included in a single package. Step down regulator can be easily constructed by simply connecting an electrolytic capacitor during input/output. This device has a wide input voltage range of 7V~35V, with built-in overcurrent and thermal protection circuits. 4-pin thru-hole package.
